1. Delivery Boundaries
To guarantee that greens reach your kitchen within hours of harvest, we deliver strictly to addresses within the city limits of **Nellore** and the town limits of **Kavali** in Andhra Pradesh, India.
2. Subscription Delivery Days
Our FarmHour Essential subscription packages are dispatched twice every week:
- **Tuesday Morning Slot:** Dispatched between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- **Friday Morning Slot:** Dispatched between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
Our crops are harvested beginning at 6:00 AM on these mornings.
3. Shipping Fees
- **Subscriptions:** Delivery is completely **FREE** for all subscription packages.
- **Single Pack Shop Orders:** Free delivery applies for orders totaling ₹300 or more. For smaller orders under ₹300, a minor local logistics fee of ₹30 is applied.
4. Handover Protocols
Since microgreens are highly perishable, we strongly recommend that someone is present to accept the delivery and immediately place it inside a refrigerator. If you are not at home, our delivery rider can leave the container with your apartment security gate, provided you notify our delivery line in advance.
5. Transit Issues
If your package is damaged during transit or arrives wilted, please take a quick picture and send it to our WhatsApp support within 2 hours of delivery. We will gladly coordinate a free replacement during our next harvest run.
