1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing this website, placing single orders, or joining the FarmHour Essential subscription plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and comply with all applicable local regulations in Andhra Pradesh.
2. Subscription Rules
Subscribers receive 8 deliveries per month (2 per week: Tuesday and Friday). Invoices are raised monthly. Subscriptions can be paused or canceled by notifying our team via WhatsApp 48 hours prior to the next scheduled harvest cycle.
3. Harvest & Delivery Window
We deliver exclusively within Nellore and Kavali municipal bounds. Due to the fresh-cut nature of our crops, deliveries are dispatched within 4 hours of harvest. We do not ship to external districts or cities where transit times compromise product nutrition.
4. Product Warranties
Because microgreens are raw, perishable agricultural products, their lifetime is highly dependent on refrigeration. While we guarantee fresh delivery, we are not responsible for spoilage caused by keeping packs outside of refrigeration post-delivery.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Andhra Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Nellore.
